SHIPPING
All shipping rates are automatically calculated by our shopping cart. After adding your items to the shopping cart, click the "check out" button, then fill out both your billing and shipping addresses. Your order total and shipping rate will be clearly displayed on our checkout page. All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service.
LaxFactor.com cannot be held responsible for lost orders, undelivered orders or general delivery errors for any orders.
RETURNS
LaxFactor.com will accept returns for items as long as we are notified within 7 days of the item being received. The item must not be worn, washed or damaged in order for us to accept the return.
If you have issues with your items and would like to return them, please email info@laxfactor.com stating the reason you would like to return your items, and we will contact you to arrange the return.
CUSTOMIZED MERCHANDISE IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. CUSTOMIZED MERCHANDISE INCLUDES ANY ITEMS THAT ARE CUSTOM SCREEN PRINTED, DYE SUBLIMATED OR RECEIVE ANY OTHER TYPE OF SPECIAL CUSTOMIZATIONS.
REFUNDS FOR RETURNED ITEMS
If we accept your return, we will issue you a FULL refund for the price of the products, MINUS shipping. We do not refund the price you paid us to ship the product, and you must pay to ship the item back to us.

All information collected through this site kept strictly confidential and is only used for the purpose of processing, shipping and managing orders. We will not sell, rent, swap, or otherwise disclose your Personal Information to any third party.
