Trevor Baptiste was a pedestrian 12-of-20 from the face-off X, but Denver rolled to victory regardless, dropping North Carolina 10-6 on the road.
Ethan Walker continued to be the alpha scoring himself a hat trick. Coulton Jackson also put up 2 goals for Denver. Chris Cloutier, William Perry and Alex Trippi all contributed 2 goals each, but Denver proved too much down the stretch and held on for the win.
UNC made a few runs and kept it just within reach, but every time the Heels came calling, Denver had an answer, usually in the form of a Walker or Jackson goal. Great game on a short turnaround for both teams.
