It was an uneventful evening in Charlottesville, VA as the Virginia Cavaliers knocked off Dartmouth by a score of 12-6. Dartmouth kept it close early, but Virginia regrouped after half time and came out consistently burying the ball into the back of the net.

Cameron Stafford paced all scorers on the day with 3 goals and an assist on just 5 shots in his first start as a Cavalier. Ian Laviano, who got less field time due to Stafford’s start equaled his senior classmates talley with 2 goals and 2 assists. Other than that it was the usual suspects for Virginia with Mitch Gordon and Matt Moore each putting up a goal and two assists, Dox Aitken and Regan Quinn were both good for two goals and Michael Kraus went 1 and 1.

Dartmouth was paced by Ben Martin with 3 goals and George Prince went 1 and 1.
