In the 10th episode of the LaxFactor Lacrosse Podcast, I’m going to rip through MY pre-season top 5 for mens D1 lacrosse and I’m going to talk about three other teams that I think are important to watch out for in the upcoming season.
My Top-5…
(5) Loyola
(4) Cornell
(3) Maryland
(2) Duke
(1) Yale
The two teams that I think will nearly 100% end up being ranked within the top-5 at some point this season are current #6 Virginia and #7 Johns Hopkins. These guys could bump everyone off their spots and end up at #1 and #2 at some point this season. That’s a real possibility.
The team currently sitting outside the top 10 that I think will definitely end up a top-10 team by seasons end…Syracuse. Sitting at #11 currently, the Orange have a brutal schedule that will give them plenty of chances to pick up big wins.
