A big moment for Utah Lacrosse playing it’s first NCAA D1 Lacrosse game against Vermont. Vermont stormed out and took an early lead and never looked back dropping Utah by a score of 21-6.
The big surprise was club lacrosse All-American Josh Stout coming out and putting up 3 goals early for Utah.
Ben French put up 4 goals and 2 assists on the day for Vermont. Teammate Rob Hudson was good for 3 goals and an assist on the day.
A guy I expected to have a big day, Jimmy Perkins was held to only a single goal and he looked a bit hobbled nursing a bad ankle.
