In this 87th episode of the LaxFactor Lacrosse Podcast, we are going to recap Sunday’s games including Cornell vs Ohio State, North Carolina vs Denver, Air Force vs Virginia and Furman vs Duke.
Cornell dropped Ohio State 16-15 despite losing 30 face-offs to Justin Inacio. Jeff Teat put up 4 goals and 2 assists for Cornell and Tre Leclair went for 6 goals and 2 assists in the loss for OSU.
North Carolina hit the road to face Denver and despite a 15-13 win that appeared close on paper, UNC had control of this game from start to finish and was never really threatened by Denver. Ethan Walker put up 5 goals for Denver and Justin Anderson went off for UNC tallying 5 goals and 2 assists.
Virginia beat up on Air Force and Duke trashed Furman, so the ACC teams that played Sunday all handled their business as did Syracuse on Saturday. Notre Dame was the lone ACC team that lost this weekend.
