In this lacrosse film review, we’re going to demonstrate how to effectively face-dodge your defender from the “wing” area of the field. The idea is that if you see a defender making a “quick approach”, meaning, he’s being forced to approach you quickly due to either being out of position, or because he’s providing help to a teammate, you can use his momentum away from the goal to face-dodge underneath and get yourself free for an easy shot, closer to the middle of the field, all without having to switch hands.

We’ll provide more lacrosse dodging tips of this sort over time, but this is a very easy move to practice and master on your own.
