We’re talking about lacrosse dodging strategy and in this video we are looking at how CJ Kirst (of Cornell) uses change of direction as a weapon. He forces defenders onto their heels, and puts them in a situation where the direction he’s going is 50/50. That by itself makes him tough to guard, but couple that with the fact he changes up his strategy as the game plays on, it really puts a lacrosse defenders mind in a blender. Couple that with him changing levels on his shots to keep goalies guessing, and you start to see why he’s the most dynamic dodger and player in college lacrosse in 2025.
