Return & Refund Policy

All products are fulfilled and shipped by Our Printing Partner, who handles printing, packaging, and shipping on our behalf.

Defective, Misprinted, or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, you must report the issue within 30 days of receiving your order. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

If the problem is determined to be a manufacturing or fulfillment error by Our Printing Partner, a replacement will be issued at no cost.

Lost Packages
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Returns & Exchanges
Because all products are custom-made when ordered, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

All sales are final once an order is placed.

If a customer wants to order a different size or product, a new order must be placed at full cost.

For hygiene reasons, certain products such as face masks cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.

Incorrect or Insufficient Address
If a customer provides an incorrect or insufficient shipping address, and the order is returned to Our Printing Partner’s facility, the customer will be responsible for paying reshipment costs once a corrected address has been provided.

If the customer does not respond or provide a correct address within 30 days of the returned shipment, the product will be donated or disposed of, and no refund will be issued.

Unclaimed Packages
If a package is unclaimed and returned to Our Printing Partner, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees. Unclaimed packages that remain unresolved for 30 days will be donated or disposed of without refund.

International Customers (EU & Brazil)
For EU Customers: Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized goods.
  • Sealed goods unsealed after delivery which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.

For Brazilian Customers: Requests for returns due to purchase regret must be made within 7 days of delivery, and items must remain unused, undamaged, and in original condition with photo evidence provided. If used, damaged, or worn, refunds will not be issued.

Return Address
The return address for all orders defaults to Our Printing Partner’s facility. If a return is sent to any address other than the official return location, the customer accepts full responsibility for any lost or undelivered returns.

Governing Language
This policy is governed and interpreted in English, regardless of any translations.

Summary
Because all products are printed on-demand, all sales are final unless the product is defective, damaged, or lost in transit due to an error on Our Printing Partner’s part. Please ensure all order details, including shipping information, are correct at the time of purchase.
