Johns Hopkins hosted UMBC at Homewood Field in Baltimore Maryland and handled their business defeating UMBC 13-6 in a Tuesday night matchup. Shack Stanwick paced Hopkins with 3 goals and 4 assists while Cole Williams put up 2 goals and a helper. Brock Turnbaugh played tough in cage making 9 saves on 13 shots on cage.

The pace was slow through the first half as the Blue Jays held a 3 to 2 lead at the break, and that slow pace continued a bit into the 3rd quarter before Hopkins started pouring it on.

All in all an uneventful game, with an outcome that we expected considering how hot Hopkins is right now coming off a huge win at the Carrier Dome against Syracuse.
