Maryland and Johns Hopkins used three overtimes to decide who would be crowned the Big Ten regular season champion. In the end it was Will Snider scoring the game winner for Maryland with 3:11 left in the 3rd OT.

Logan Wisnauskas lead Maryland on the day with 3 goals and an assist. Tim Rotanz stepped up and played big with 2 goals and a helper. Connor Kelly was quiet on the day with just a single assist.

Hopkins’ normally potent offense was quiet as Maryland did a great job bottling Cole Williams up, and never let anyone else get a good feel. Shack Stanwick and Kyle Marr each put up a goal and an assist and Joel Tinney and Alex Concannon each scored 2 goals for Hopkins.

Dan Morris won the goalkeeping battle with 13 saves on 20 shots faced as well as the W in net. Brock Turnbaugh played well in the loss making 8 saves on 16 shots faced.
