In this newest edition of Ask Ted, I answer the question…Are the new online lacrosse training programs offered by pro lacrosse players like Sergio Salcido & Rob Pannell worth the expense? I see that question asked a lot in forums, groups and the like, so I’m going to give you my opinion.
For those that don’t watch videos, the answer is, as long as it’s not going to cause you to miss a mortgage payment, they are definitely worth it, especially where your kid is a fan of a player offering a program.
