A couple of lacrosse games we’ll discuss in this College Lacrosse Recap Special… Syracuse dropped Colgate at the Dome, Navy got a win over Manhatten, and Ohio State beat down on Detroit Mercy to start off our week 1 action. Chase Scanlan started his Cuse career off well going for 7 goals, and teammate Stephen Rehfuss tallied a goal and 8 helpers. The Syracuse defense struggled, but they were good enough to route Colgate.
Navy jumped out to a 5-1 lead after the 1st quarter and the game was never really in question after.
Ohio State, they totally put the smack down on Detroit Mercy, proving that the Big Ten teams are focused on putting up points hoping to be ready to try and outscore Penn State.
