Huge news as reported by several outlets, the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) will be merging with Major League Lacrosse (MLL) and the Boston Cannons will be re-branded the Cannons Lacrosse Club and the roster will be filled out via an expansion draft.
Does this mean we finally get Lyle Thompson playing PLL lacrosse? Problably. This is great news for the PLL, but potentially devastating news for the MLL guys that won’t make the cut in the expansion draft.
