Georgetown’s defense gave up a whopping 5 goals, but despite Mount St Mary’s proving they could score more than once where others had failed, the Hoya’s still pick up a very lopsided 17-5 win. Jake Carraway was big once again for Gtown going for 5 goals and 2 assists in the win. Alex Mazzone forced 3 turnovers and picked up 7 groundballs to help lead the Hoyas defense.

Hofstra beat down Wagner 18-6 and Ryan Tierney continued his outpouring of offense by putting up 6 goals in the win off just 11 shots. Alex Concannon chipped in 3 goals and 2 helpers for the Pride.

In yet another lopsided Tuesday win, Robert Morris took it to Bellarmine by a score of 17-8. Ryan Smith went off for 5 goals and 6 assists for Bobby Mo off just 8 shots.

In action on Wednesday we’ll see Virginia and High Point face off in the early evening. Both teams are coming off blow out losses, UVA’s to Syracuse and High Points at the hands of North Carolina.
